Born in 1965, in Erzurum. Çırpıcı, graduated from Mimar Sinan University, Faculty of Architecture in 1989. He has worked in Prof. Utarit İzgi’s Architectural Office between 1983-87. He founded ZOOM\TPU with Atilla Kuzu in 1994. He has won the second prize in the “Sedat Gürel Dalyanköy Museum and Library Project Competition” in 2000. In the same year he has been selected as the canditate for the Aga Khan Award for Architecture. He and his partner Atilla Kuzu’s design Acıbadem Maslak Hospital Project was short listed at WAF on Interior fitout, Health and Commercial categories in 2009 and Liv Ulus Hospital Project was shortlisted in 2011. He was given the first prize in 2010,2011 and 2015 with his stand designs by Yapı Turkey Build. Çırpıcı focuses his works on retail, healthcare, office buildings and congress centers.
